Attire/Weather

Dress comfortably for a day of learning and networking. Attire is traditionally business casual.  Keep in mind this event is scheduled for August and average temperatures for Nashville run between 85° and 90°.  We will definitely have the A/C on so dress in layers or bring your jacket in case things get a little cool.

Check-in/Registration

  • First step: check in at the SCTF2016 Registration desk in the Plantation Lobby.  Get your conference badge and goodie bag and gifts.
  • Registration opens each day at 7:15 a.m.
  • Make sure you wear your conference badge/lanyard to all conference events.  This gets you access to all the conference presentations as well as the Reception & Premiere on Monday night. (see below)

Evening Reception & Premiere

What’s Nashville without a party? All attendees are invited to join us on Monday, August 1st for a special premiere and panel discussion along with some good munchies and beverages.  Attire for this event is business casual to black tux!  Be prepared to walk the red carpet.

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Details

Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be granted if requests are received in writing by the South Central Telehealth Forum office on or before June 10, 2016. No refunds will be made after that date. Unpaid registrants who fail to attend will be liable for the entire registration fee. Substitutions are permitted after this date with a $50 processing fee. Registrations made via phone or fax are subject to the same cancellation policy. Fax refund requests to SCTF2016, 501.603.1447.
