PANEL DISCUSSION – Measuring Value in Telehealth: Finding the Right Solution or Asking the Wrong Question?

A paradigm shift is occurring in healthcare that spans the volume of services delivered to the value created for patients and health systems.

In fact, the paradigm shift is becoming one of the most pressing issues in healthcare today, with key factors that include significant provider shortages, a growing senior population, and the retirement of practicing doctors.

Alternative delivery models such as telehealth have been promoted as one way to address the changing healthcare landscape.

Join Kelly Ko, PhD, Principal Investigator at West Health Institute, as he moderates an informative discussion focused on evaluating the impact of telehealth from the Clinical Provider, Health System Administrator, and Payer perspectives.

Panel Speakers include:
  • Judd Hollander, MD: Vice Chair of Finance and Healthcare Enterprises in the Department of Emergency Medicine; Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University
  • Zia Agha, MD: Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President; West Health Institute
  • Jonathon Mack, PhD: Associate Professor and Director of Healthcare Informatics; University of San Diego
  • Torrie Fields, MPH: Senior Program Manager; Blue Shield of California
