The Institute for Digital Health & Innovation at the The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences along with the SCTRC invite you to join us at the South Central Telehealth Forum 2019! This year’s forum will be held on August 19th & 20th at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

This two-day educational event is perfect for health care professionals and organizations who want to develop or expand connected health technology to improve patient outcomes.  Our presenters will discuss Remote Patient Monitoring, Direct-to-Patient Care, Regulatory Updates, FQHCs, Opioid and Substance Abuse programs, and more. Two awards are presented each year to individuals who have made a positive impact in Telemedicine for their community. If you know someone deserving of one of these awards, please nominate them using the space below.
  • Curtis L. Lowery, Jr., MD Telehealth Champion Award

    The Telehealth Champion Award is given to someone in the South Central region of Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee who is essential to the success of a Telehealth project or program. The champion initiates and promotes the utilization and sustainability of Telehealth services. The champion shoulders responsibility while sharing the spotlight with their team. Champions have an innovative spirit and vision and spend years developing and promoting programs while inspiring others.

Named for the first South Central Telehealth Resource Center Director, this award goes to someone from the South Central region of Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee who moves swiftly and decisively to achieve much in a short time.

SCTF 2019 will be held at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville, Tennessee! The SCTRC has secured a block of rooms with the Sheraton Music City to make it easier for attendees to book their stay. These rooms will be offered at a discounted rate of $173 per night. This rate will no longer be available after July 21, 2019!
