Register NowThe SEARCH 2017 Telehealth Research Symposium is being hosted by the South Central Telehealth Resource Center and in conjunction with the Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center Annual Summit at the Lansdowne Resort & Spa in Leesburg, Virginia. This is will be a day-and-a-half of presentations, discussions, and posters geared toward connected health researchers, peers, innovators, academicians, and policymakers. Plan on plenty of great discussions PLUS plenty of good food, drink and networking. Tuesday, April 4th also includes a networking reception.

Sleeping Room Rates:
The Deluxe Guest room is $149 per night. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, are subject to 13% state and occupancy tax. Included in your room are the following:

*If you are a federal, state or local government employee, a limited number of rooms are available at the government rate. Please register for the conference using the “Government Employee” registration type. Instructions for making room reservations at the government rate will be made available to you after you register for the conference.

Room rates are made on a first come first serve basis until 3/10/2017 or until the allotted space is filled.

Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be granted if requests are received in writing by the South Central Telehealth Forum office on or before March 30, 2017. No refunds will be made after that date. Unpaid registrants who fail to attend will be liable for the entire registration fee. Substitutions are permitted after this date with a $50 processing fee. Registrations made via phone or fax are subject to the same cancellation policy. Fax refund requests to SEARCH2017, 501.603.1447.

First step: check in SEARCH2017 Registration desk in the conference learning center. Get your conference badge and goodie bag and gifts.
- Registration opens each day at 7:15 a.m.
- Make sure you wear your conference badge/lanyard to all symposium events. This gets you access to all the presentations as well as the Reception on Tuesday night. (see below)

All attendees are invited to join us on Tuesday, April 4th for a Cocktail Reception in the Cotton & Rye Restaurant at the Lansdowne Resort. Attire for this event is business casual.
Dress comfortably for a day of learning and networking. Attire is traditionally business casual. Keep in mind this event is scheduled for April in Virginia and average temperatures for Leesburg run between 62° and 75°. We will be indoors but dress in layers or bring your jacket in case things get a little cool.
