Hari Eswaran, Principal Investigator and Co-Director of the South Central Telehealth Resource Center (SCTRC), has co-authored a new study titled Using Data Analytics for Telehealth Utilization: A Case Study in Arkansas. This collaborative research, conducted alongside Aysenur Betul Cengil, Burak Eksioglu, Sandra Eksioglu, Corey J Hayes, and Cari A Bogulski, explores the factors influencing telehealth adoption across the state. The study delves into how demographic and socioeconomic factors, such as broadband access and education, have shaped telehealth usage in Arkansas, providing key insights that can guide future healthcare policy decisions. Eswaran’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing telehealth initiatives throughout the region, making this study a valuable contribution to expanding telehealth services.
