The updates not only include recent payor telehealth policy changes, but also a new payor matrix format! Payors have continued their current telehealth flexibilities as the COVID-19 Federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) remains in place. However, we are continuing to see these flexibilities becoming permanent instead of temporary policies. We are also seeing more payors implement the use of POS 10, which is “Telehealth Provided in Patient’s Home”.
