The Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi Virtual Visit Billing Guides have been updated with the most recent payor telehealth policy changes! There have not been any significant payor updates within the last month, as the COVID-19 Federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) is continuing through January 16th, 2022.
Medicaid Arkansas’ COVID-19 telehealth flexibilities, per policy, ended December 31st, 2021. However, upon e-mailing an Arkansas Medicaid Representative they stated they have not heard that the flexibilities will end. We have requested an updated policy and will continue to monitor for updates.
