In the world of telehealth, questions abound regarding the legal concerns of online prescribing, cross-state licensing, Medicare restrictions, etc. Finding the answers can be daunting to say the least. Thankfully, we have a great national resource in the Center for Connected Health Policy (CCHP) and we recently had the great honor of collaborating with them to develop new, comprehensive policy course modules. We are very excited to announce the launch of the first module in this 3-part series: Telehealth Legal Issues.
Designed for any professional interested in learning more about the legal aspects of telehealth, these modules are available online, on your own schedule, and at no charge! (Note: If you would like continuing education credits, there is a processing fee of $15.00 US per module.)
Note: To access the course, you will need to register with our new learning affilliate: LearnOnDemand. If you need help getting started, here is a quick guide to help you register.
