]]> As of February 8th, 2024, the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”), the largest and most successful broadband affordability program in our nation, stopped accepting new enrollments. Without additional funding from Congress, it is anticipated that April will be the last month currently enrolled households will receive the full ACP benefit. Join us this week as FBA CEO and President, Gary Bolton, discusses the impact of the ACP wind-down on broadband affordability in Mississippi with Chip Pickering (INCOMPAS), Quinn Jordan (MSBA), and Adeyinka Ogunlegan (Education Superhighway).

]]>  The Fiber Broadband Association is pleased to announce Fiber for Breakfast Week 20: Turning the Tide in Mississippi.

 

Mississippi is the 42nd most connected State in the nation. Quinn Jordan and his team at the Mississippi Broadband Association are working to change lives in Mississippi with fiber. Quinn will share the actions underway to catapult the State from the back of the pack to leaders in connectivity and economic development.

 

Fiber for Breakfast is a weekly 30-minute live video discussion hosted by President and CEO, Gary Bolton, and features industry thought leaders on current topics that explore fiber as the critical infrastructure for 21st century communications as well as other connectivity and workplace issues.
