]]> As of February 8th, 2024, the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”), the largest and most successful broadband affordability program in our nation, stopped accepting new enrollments. Without additional funding from Congress, it is anticipated that April will be the last month currently enrolled households will receive the full ACP benefit. Join us this week as FBA CEO and President, Gary Bolton, discusses the impact of the ACP wind-down on broadband affordability in Mississippi with Chip Pickering (INCOMPAS), Quinn Jordan (MSBA), and Adeyinka Ogunlegan (Education Superhighway).

Attendance is free for members. Non-member fees include a one-year individual membership in the association. The meeting will be held April 17 from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.

Call for Proposals for the 2024 Telehealth Quarterly Meetings

If you have been interested in sharing information pertaining to best practices or new innovations in telehealth, we welcome you to respond to this call for proposals for our Mississippi Telehealth Quarterly Meetings in 2024.

The anticipated dates for these meetings are:

April 17, 2024
July 10, 2024
October 16, 2024

All quarterly meetings are delivered in virtual format, and presentations may be from a single individual or panel discussion. Presentations should accompany a slide deck in Powerpoint format.

To respond with a proposed session for consideration, e-mail Ryan Kelly at ryan.kelly@mstelehealth.org with the title of the presentation, name of presenter(s), and a 2-3 sentence description of the presentation.
