SUMMARY:Strengthening Behavioral Health Services for Hispanic/Latino Populations
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Hispanic Heritage month with us! The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Intergovernmental and External Affairs Regions 1\,2\,6\,7 and 8 invite you to a special session of the Advancing Health Equity Among Hispanic/Latino Populations Webinar Series. \nJoin us to explore the latest updates to the HRSA En Español page and learn about our behavioral health programs and resources essential for improving access to care in underserved communities. During the session\, HRSA Rural Communities Opioid Response Program and Pediatric Mental Health Care Access Program grantees will discuss barriers to access mental health and substance use disorder services as well as share insights into their funded projects and efforts to enhance behavioral health within their Hispanic/Latino communities. \nAs a reminder\, the session will be broadcast in Spanish with live interpretation to English. \nFor more information about this series please contact Veronica Roa at VRoa@hrsa.gov or Nancy Rios at NRios@hrsa.gov
