PYA | End of the PHE Compliance Checklist

There are several great reference tools that help outline considerations for the end of the PHE. In addition to the post-PHE collection available on the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Center website, the experts at the PYA group has developed a comprehensive checklist to help providers identify the work to be done before May 12, 2023. Rather than summarizing each waiver and flexibility (e.g., “CMS changed the timeline from 5 to 21 days”), the checklist states the rule that will be in effect following the end of the PHE (e.g., “The timeline is 5 days”).

Since 2010, the South Central Telehealth Resource Center (SCTRC) has been providing telehealth training and technical assistance.
