										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Without Congressional action, key telehealth flexibilities that were first put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic will expire on <strong>September 30, 2025</strong>. These extensions were tied to the federal continuing resolution.  With ongoing political uncertainty and many competing priorities in Congress, there’s a real risk that lawmakers may not act in time—creating a “telehealth policy cliff” that would roll back policy gains.</p>
