										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In a new study <a href="https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2823319" target="_blank" rel="noopener">published in JAMA Network Open</a>, researchers at Thomas Jefferson University have developed a novel screening tool to measure <a href="https://research.jefferson.edu/2022-magazine/a-path-towards-digital-equity.html">digital health readiness</a>, which will be critical in addressing barriers to telehealth adoption among diverse patient populations.</p>

These programs will provide more than $48 billion for infrastructure deployment, skills training and access to technologies essential for Americans to connect with their communities, their democracy, and one another. This website is a comprehensive resource and tools for broadband data, funding programs, and current funding by state and territory.This resource provides multiple tools useful for research and grant applications including:</p>

<li><a href="https://www.internetforall.gov/state-and-territory-challenge-process-tracker">State and territory challenge process tracker. </a>This tracker features information on active BEAD challenge processes, including dates for the opening and closing of online portals to submit challenges as well as links to those portals.</li>
<li><a href="https://www.internetforall.gov/funding-recipients">Funding by State/Territory</a>. The Internet for All Funding Recipient section brings together details for federally-funded grant projects and their recipients to enable transparent access to program participation information. Explore the full list of grant recipients within a state and learn how these projects are making a positive impact on closing the digital divide and ensuring Internet for All.</li>
