Jefferson Health and JeffConnect will host the next SEARCH2017 Telehealth Research Symposium on October 5 & 6 in Philadelphia.
The symposium will connect health researchers, academicians and visionaries in telehealth and telemedicine to share findings and foster research partnerships.
The one and one-half day session, which will begin the morning of October 5 and conclude on the afternoon of October 6, will build upon the newly-formed Society for Education and the Advancement of Research in Connected Health (SEARCH), which held its inaugural meeting this past April in Leesburg, Virginia.
Call for Abstracts are being solicited for panel presentations and posters.
Call for Didactics are being solicited in two formats: short lecture (15 minutes, 2-speaker maximum) or panel discussion/long lecture (40 minutes). Categories being considered are Rsearch, Policy, Education, Administration or State of the Art.
Proposed topics include:
- Evidence-based research which proves the benefits of connected health systems
- Creation of quality initiatives and telehealth measures
- Defining telehealth training programs and education
Submissions are due no later than August 1, 2017!
